1. Data Protection at a Glance

General Information

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website.

Data Collection on This Website

Who is responsible for data collection?

The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator.

2. Hosting and infrastructure

Vercel

This website and related features are provided via the platform of Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel may process technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, user agent). Demo registrations are additionally stored in a protected object store (Vercel Blob) within the same environment. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel.

4. Cookies and local browser storage

We use a single cookie named `NEXT_LOCALE` solely to remember your language choice (English or German). It supports a consistent experience and is not used for advertising or profiling. It may persist for up to twelve months unless you delete it earlier. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a language-appropriate website). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

When you start the demo, we store the selected industry in your browser’s `localStorage` so the demo UI can be tailored. This value is not automatically transmitted to our servers and remains on your device until you remove it using your browser controls.

5. Web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)

We use “Vercel Web Analytics” provided by Vercel Inc., USA. This processes aggregated information about how this website is used (e.g. page views). According to Vercel, Web Analytics does not use advertising cookies and is not used for ad profiling.

Purposes include statistical evaluation, secure operation, and improving our service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). Where data is transferred to the USA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and our contractual arrangements with Vercel. Further information: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

6. Demo sign-up (email and industry)

When you request the demo via the form, we process the email address you provide and the industry you select to enable demo access and to handle your interest internally.

Submission occurs through our own interface. A record is written to Vercel Blob (private storage, part of the Vercel infrastructure). In addition, a notification email may be sent to our team via Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with Vercel and Resend where required. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and supplementary contractual safeguards.

Legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you give by ticking the checkbox and submitting the form. Without consent, demo sign-up is not available.

We delete the data once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations conflict; you may also request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Other forms on this website (for example pricing requests, waitlist, or surveys) are processed only for the stated purpose and on the basis of the consent or other legal basis indicated there. The same providers as above (in particular Vercel as host and Resend for email) may be used technically.

7. Your rights

Where the statutory requirements are met, you have the rights of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

To exercise your rights, please contact the responsible body listed in Section 3.

8. Third-party links and services

LinkedIn

This website may contain links to LinkedIn. Personal data is generally only transferred after you click the link; LinkedIn’s privacy policy then applies.

WhatsApp

We may provide a link to WhatsApp. Data is processed by Meta/WhatsApp only after you follow the link.

Google Calendar (scheduling)

Scheduling uses a link to Google’s calendar/scheduling service. Data is only transferred after you open the page; Google’s privacy policy applies.

Fonts (self-hosted)

Fonts (Poppins, JetBrains Mono) are loaded via the Next.js `next/font` integration and served from the same site origin. Normal page views do not load font files from external Google servers.
